How to Add Zapit Solutions as Your Accountant in QuickBooks Online

Adding us as your accountant in QuickBooks Online allows us to support your business by reviewing your books, resolving issues, and preparing for tax season. Follow these simple steps to connect us to your account.

Why Add Zapit Solutions as an Accountant?

Adding us gives us access to powerful accountant tools, like the ability to undo reconciliations, reclassify transactions, and write off invoices. These tools allow us to keep your books accurate and ready for any financial need.

Important: Adding us as an accountant user doesn’t count toward your QuickBooks usage limit. However, assigning us as your primary admin will. If you need to manage other users, refer to our guide on adding and managing users.


Steps to Invite Zapit Solutions

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online account as the primary admin.
  2. Click the ⚙ gear icon in the upper-right corner, then select Manage Users.
  3. Go to the Accountants or Accounting Firms tab.
  4. Enter the email address provided by Zapit Solutions in your welcome email and click Invite.
  5. Once we accept the invitation, the status on your Manage Users page will update from Invited to Active.
